conversation history, and note saving features. The app communicates with
chat.techsgemini.com for user registration, model loading, and AI request forwarding.
Some features may rely on third-party model providers, search providers, or infrastructure services.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. If you use Luminote on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
